Unless otherwise stated in the description of product or by notification to customer, EarthLover Shopping makes every effort to ship all orders within 3 business days of purchase. DURING CHRISTMAS WE WILL SHIP SAME DAY AS ORDERED UNTIL DAILY PICK UP EACH DAY>Delivery dates are best estimates, based on the information provided to us from the assigned shipping company. We use USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex services. The options and ship times may be limited for certain items. Once an item is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and you can then track your order. USPS Priority mail will display a delivery confirmation only.
Certain items that are large in size or unusual in shape may require additional shipping/handling fees. Customers will be notified should this occur.
You also may receive items in boxes that are labeled from other companies- this occurs because we truly believe in Recycling! If you receive plastic or environmentally unhealthy packing materials from us, it is ONLY because someone has sent them to us, and we are recycling them rather than wasting- please pass them on and help us cut down on waste. We hope that our customers will appreciate our efforts to let nothing go to waste.
We will work with our customers to the best of our ability if an item is lost in shipping, but please note that it is the customer's responsibility to input the correct address into our system.

Our website has been configured to allow shipping to most of the countries that we frequently ship to, and we are always adding more. If your country is not listed, please contact us at email@example.com, and we will be glad to ship your order to your destination.
We also ship to APO/FPO addresses. We ask that you understand that our usual shipping time may be slightly increased to these addresses as they must be carefully packed and hand delivered to our post office.
Although our web site quotes International and APO/FPO shipping charges, we do reserve the right to contact you should the shipping charged at checkout be incorrect. You will have the choice to pay the difference or cancel your order should this occur. We ask that you please give great attention to the address and information submitted for international shipping, and do not hesitate to follow up your order with an e-mail with any special instructions concerning the shipping of your order. Your International Shipment may incur Import Taxes upon entering your country. Earthlover is not responsible for these charges in any way, these are the responsibility of the customer. It is not possible for us to anticipate such charges. Earthlover completes all necessary paperwork for International shipment, and any charges for Customs or Import charges are the complete responsibility of the buyer.Please note that we will ship your out of country itme via Priority Mail and provide a tracking number. Once your package leaves our facility we can take NO responsibility for it's delivery. If there is an issue with International delivery of a package the responsibility lies with our customer, as we have no recourse to manage shipments once they leave the US. We do not offer refunds on packages that do not arrive, and therefore suggest thst if you have concerns please contact us to insure your package.
EarthLovershopping.com will charge Sales Tax for any customer within the State of Georgia. Users are responsible for all other taxes and sales taxes to other states.
Merchandise purchased from EarthLover may be returned within 14 days of purchase. (During the month of December we will extend our return policy for our customers to allow for early Holiday shopping.) We will cover the cost of shipping the return if the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped), or if the item is broken upon receipt. If the return is our error, we will gladly reship the replacement item at our cost with our sincere apology for any inconvenience we may have caused. Please contact us at our Customer Service e-mail or Phone number to arrange for a pre-paid mailing label.
Should you wish to return an item that is was no fault of ours, we will ask that you pay the return shipping and replacement shipping if you are exchanging. Refunds will be processed if the item is returned to us within 14 days, including the original receipt, in the original packaging, and in original condition.
