This fantastic bag is handmade using a combination of the natural hemp, dyed with natural vegatable dye, and the leather from cows who have died a natural death in Nepal. The hide is tanned using age old traditional methods and no chemicals or toxic products are used. These traditions are proudly carried through the genertions by a small artisan group in the village of Trisuli, Nepal.
